 Charles de Blois

http://www.theweebsite.com/cotelande/index.html

This Weeb Site is about the history, construction and wearing of the Cotehardie and the Houppelande. The cotehardie is both contemporaneous and precede the Houppleland. It is very impressive to me that a garment of the volume and enormity of the houpelande should come about so suddenly after the long reign of a tightly tailored garment as the cotehardie. So i will be looking at this phenomena in this site, as well as the various elements and parts that make up these two key garment forms which where such a key of the hight of the Middle ages.

 Gepolsterte Haube

http://www.dasmittelalterboard.de/anleitungen/stoff.php#watHaube

 MAKE A PAIR OF GLOVES

http://www.glove.org/myfirstgloves.php

As mentioned above you will want a tracing of your hand. You will superimpose this pattern on your tracing to match the width and length of your hand. Once you have redrawn the lines to match your hand add seam allowances on all edges. You can gauge what allowance is comfortable for you. This is going to be the portion of the material that you will cut away. You may want to make a fist and measure across your knuckles to make sure you have enough width in your pattern.
