 Love Knows No Season

http://elsiemcampbell.com/BOM.html

This quilt design grew from ideas gathered over the past 5 years. My quilt guild "Miss Kitty's Quilters" decided to make an opportunity quilt and I served on the committee along with Joan Becker and Nancy Sherer. Everyone got in on the act of cutting, fusing, and embroidering the blocks. I put them together for the queen-sized quilt. (80" x 100") The original quilt will be given away at our December 2010 meeting. (If you would like to purchase tickets for a chance to own this quilt, I will see if my web designer can set up something for you to do so through my store.)

 Savanna Flair

http://fatcatpatterns.com/savanna_flair.htm

This quilt was inspired by a recent visit to my Dad’s. They have a lovely home decorated in an African/Egyptian motif. The carvings and masks scattered through out really got my imagination running. These masks are in no way true renditions of tribal works.
